Vocation learnt: A practice to qualify a workmanship

It is always some steps before we reach a certain level, just like stairs. There is always a bottom stair and top stair. To move on to the next stair, each requires a qualification test whether one deserves on that position or not. Just like in schools, employment world also consists of levels and tests that all employees should notice. A practice that helps the students or employees to gain their self-confidence by understanding their skills and qualification from any given tests or tasks is called a vocation learnt. The qualifications in a vocation learnt are clustered depending upon the framework and difficulties. Each qualification concludes a comprehensive allotment for a certain level. Without any allotment, this practice will not produce a satisfactory result. For example a student is trained to master required skills in a certain field, i.e. administration.
